If you have been following this blog, you know that resting is now part of my daily life to recharge my batteries and to regain some energy.


But in order to have the best resting opportunities, you need to make it cozy for yourself.

So those are my accessories when I want to rest. I highly recommend them :):


  • Comfortable pillow
  • Soft blanket
  • Earplugs
  • Eye sleeping mask
  • Heated shoulder pillow (that you warm up in the microwave)

I also mentioned a few posts ago, a Philips energy light that reproduces the sunlight and helps you getting more energized just by spending 20-30 minutes every morning in front of it. You can read in the meanwhile, while drinking coffee. After using it for 2 weeks, I really feel that it is helping.

Finally, vitamines D and B are perfect additions to your daily food intake for boosting yourself . As well as Magnesium.
